We started making our own pepper sauces about five years ago when we decided to go healthy but still enjoy good flavour. After shopping for hundreds of hot sauces, we found nothing we considered healthy with a range of herbs and good nutritional value.
We are proud to say that our Gillos Hot sauce now fills this important gap. It brings back the nostalgia of succulent scotch bonnet peppers sourced fresh from local suppliers blended with special spices to produce a great tasting sauce.
Our sauces are flavoured with herbal ingredients – pure and unadulterated. No artificial preservatives, colours, fillers, or bulking agents; no animal products, no MSG and low in calories. We are delighted to produce this vegan and vegetarian friendly accompaniment suitable for just about any food.
We work hard to source the right ingredients and ensure they are blended to perfection. A variety of blends are available, so there is something for everyone.
